Master Damien leads a highly engaging and interactive Tae Kwon Do class that encourages confidence, physical fitness, self esteem, pride and discipline. Students are instructed in safety awareness and how to defend themselves. The benefits of martial arts include flexibility and strength training geared toward each child’s developmental stage.
This class is for students new to martial arts as well as returning students with white belts with yellow stripes.
**If you do not have a Uniform, please add the uniform option during registration. The Uniform is required for all participants and is $25.
